QA50 Restoration

I started with a mostly complete bike.  The fenders are NOS, and had the original bags from Honda in the lower left part of the picture.

I always start with a sandblasted frame down to clean metal...here is the frame prior to powdercoating.

Here is the cylinder and head...my wife said it looks like "Gonzo" from Seasame Street...what do you think?

Gas tank in the oven...this is after the clear powder coating has been applied.  Powder coating is very fuel resistant.
